This document describes the approach and preparation of the improvement plan developed in the position of professional practitioner, for the area of Pricing and Invoices in Lean Solutions Group, where the work done in the position is evidenced.
The plan proposes the development and assignment of KPI's or performance indicators for each function performed within the operation with the client, specifically NFI (account in which the practice was developed), since the work allows the intern and the employees direct have complete
autonomy; Therefore, it is necessary to evaluate the process and the performance of each member of the team, in order to obtain precise data that accurately describe the characteristics of each operation and the detail thereof, thus facilitating the audit that the client makes approximately 3 times a year in the country, as well as being able to observe productivity for compliance with the quality parameters that the company offers its customers. Said plan intends to reflect the knowledge acquired throughout the training in the International Business program, in order to obtain the professional title.
