Abstract

The academic program of international business offered by the Universidad Santo Tomás, known for its high quality institutional multicampus accreditation, allows that once the corresponding studies are completed, it offers the opportunity to perform business practices as a degree work. Therefore, this report presents as a degree option the contextualization of the business practice that was carried out in Distribuidora Avícola S.A.S - Distraves S.A.S. Which, focuses on the accompaniment and support that the intern performs to the company, since the need arises to perform functions that are necessary for the area of operations planning, commercial and logistics, also, to be constantly updating the system, thus achieving quality management. Likewise, the improvement plan on the fulfillment of refrigerated chicken bandejería for retail customers is exposed.
