Abstract

Through this paper, we want to propose different strategies based on the operational processes of the company, specifically in the Multiline individual home area, since some shortcomings were evidenced, such as incomplete databases, inefficient instructions and slow response times.

All this was carried out thanks to an own evaluation during the work periods under which short and long term objectives were designed linked to tools that would allow optimizing the creation of reports, databases and estimation of rates.

Thanks to this, a better performance in the internal processes of the company was evidenced, and also a better management of work times in relation to the generation of reports.
