Abstract

The essential purpose of this project is to propose the implementation of a production management system on the company's intranet, which can be accessed by workers, especially operators in the production area who require great control of information. The main objective is to contribute to the company in the process from the moment an order is taken and it reaches the production area in order to optimize its manufacturing and delivery times in order to have better control of the information of its orders and these can be delivered within the estimated deadlines and the requested quantities, later control the amount of raw material needed for the manufacture of products and satisfactorily comply with the requested orders. Having an interactive tool implemented in the intranet of thecompany where it allows them to register the products they handle and later the number of units they have stored and the ones they need to manufacture, this with the possibility of having a great positive impact on the consolidation of their orders and in the production area.
