Abstract

Abstract This improvement plan is the development of the degree project to obtain the title of International Negotiator. In this way the process was addressed in the role of trainee within the company Compass Group Services Colombia, positioned in much of the country providing catering services and support, has more than 140 units and / or customers which supplies monthly through purchase requests in advance month, thanks to the active participation within the company and the constant study of the activities carried out in the practice was evaluated the tools and information offered by the Teknisa software program used to carry out a large proportion of their work. Following the above in the improvement plan was implemented a data analysis strategy and an initiative emerged within the purchasing process aligned with the objectives, SWOT analysis and information bases for the creation of an improvement project in order to help in the area of purchasing and / or business support in Compass Group.
