Abstract

The present research study was carried out with the main objective of analyzing the impact of teleworking taking the CARDEKO S.A.S company as a reference, methodologically it was carried out under a case study, integrating a theoretical view of different authors into the research; which show us some categories to follow, using different measurement instruments (surveys-interviews) that are carried out through field work, in which we show the practical part of the investigation and later analyze the results, with which they are generated. the conclusions of the study. When conducting the analysis of the results, the impact of applying a work model (teleworking) in the organization was evidenced, the importance of using technological tools to improve productivity and how the model impacts its employees in favor of meet the objectives set by the company.
