Flourishing is related to the possibility that people have to develop all their fundamental needs through work, and the experience they have with the different conditions and circumstances that they find within the organization. A framework is proposed for the psychosocial design of work, from a theoretical and pragmatic perspective, which represents an advance against the traditional vision of regulatory compliance in management within organizations.
