Intervención urbana para articular el territorio: poligono entre Alkosto y Cofrem en la ronda del caño Maizaro.

Abstract

The objective of this work is to propose an architectural solution to the housing and urban disarticulation in the Maizaro channel strip, between the facilities of Alkosto and Cofrem in Villavicencio-Meta. In this way, we emphasize in a study of the local and municipal context from cartographies of social, environmental and urban analysis in order to determine the structuring of the sector, the dynamics, the needs and spaces necessary for the articulation of the same. This is how we proceeded to intervene and design a solution that brings together the aspects found. For the proposal, we proposed a series of reference cases that provide principles and concepts according to the territorial articulation and how to order it in a homogeneous and methodical way; in order to link different scales of the design such as urban, equipment and housing modules, contained under the concept of systems within the Mat Building criterion.
