The self-concept and the Quality of Work Life in people undergoing a Reintegration Process has been a topic historically little studied, so in this degree work we seek to analyze the correlation between the two variables mentioned above in people undergoing a Reintegration Process in comparison with civilians linked to La Trocha Cerveza - La Casa de la Paz in Bogota. This being a quantitative research with descriptive correlational design, which by means of the instruments of self-concept [AF5] and Quality of Working Life [GOHISALO], is intended to measure the variables in a population of 14 participants, workers of an enterprise founded by ex-combatants. In conclusion, there is no statistically significant correlation (,183) between these variables, however, a descriptive comparison between both populations was evidenced, on the one hand, in the self-concept questionnaire it was evidenced that the reintegrated are located in a medium high level referring to a good motivation and attitude to achieve their goals and, on the other hand, the Civilians are divided in the medium and medium low level, which indicate that sometimes there is security before the stressors of their daily life but nervousness and anxiety are present. With respect to Quality of Work Life, the ex-combatants are located in high satisfaction, showing a high commitment to the objectives of their workplace, while the Civilians are located in medium satisfaction, thus showing a favorable experience with respect to their role in the organization.
