Abstract

He present work intends to carry out a compilation of information in which the importance of the execution of safe practices and strengthening of self-care is shown, in the activities immersed in the different processes and construction methods, taking into account all the risks to which they are exposed. workers, due to the diversity of activities in the construction sector. The purpose is to emphasize that through the implementation of awareness and self-care workshops and strategies, from the training of employees of an organization at all levels, it can help to control and prevent the occurrence of work accidents, because from the knowledge and assessment of risks in all areas, the collaborator is prepared to assume a proactive attitude and carry out their activities with greater responsibility.
