Mejoramiento del proceso de dosificación en el área de empaquetado del producto final en la empresa Condimentos El Zafiro Azul, Bogota.

Abstract

The company Inversiones el Zafiro azul in the second half of the year 2022 presented a bottleneck in the dosing process in the packaging area, inefficiently generating its functionality and in turn delaying the various stages and/or subsequent processes in the production area. Taking into account the problems found in the company of study Inversiones el Zafiro azul, the innovation methodology "Design Thinking" was applied, which allowed obtaining a tool that increased the number of dosed wrappers with a difference of 19 dosages compared to the previous way how the dosing process was carried out (measuring spoon of grammage) managing to dose 9 wrappers in the same time (1 min) generating higher performance in the packaging area.
