Formulación del modelo de información para la identificación y georreferenciación que permita generar estrategias en áreas protegidas propiedad de la CDMB basado en el PMBOK

Abstract

The protected areas located in 13 municipalities of the department of Santander, in the area of jurisdiction of the environmental authority CDMB, have suffered in the last twelve years negative environmental and ecosystemic alterations of great significance affecting the inhabitants of each region, however, despite having identified such affectations by the CDMB, there is still no clarity on what are the strategies to recover the ecosystem of the region, due to the lack of identification of the properties owned by the CDMB. Therefore, a characterization of the properties owned by the CDMB is required, which allows georeferencing the areas and visualizing the most environmentally important zones and their most critical sectors. The objective of this research work is to formulate an information model for the identification and georeferencing to generate strategies in protected areas owned by the CDMB based on the PMBOK guide. As a methodology used for the development of the project, it is necessary to implement the guidelines of the PMI-PMBOK project management institute guide for project management knowledge, because it can be adapted to predictive projects, due to the characterization and nature of the project. As a result, after implementing the guide for the knowledge of project management, the management of scope, schedule, costs, quality, resources, communications, risks, acquisitions and stakeholders is obtained, these management are elaborated at the beginning and planning of the project. Having georeferenced the properties owned by the CDMB, ensures greater control, generating strategies that serve to develop future projects in favor of the environment.
