Resumen

This academic work establishes a strategic plan for the Bodytech organization, focusing on the development of the market and the increase of coverage at the national level. A process of identification of the most relevant factors for the organization, both internal and external, is established, then some software is used to determine strategic variables and from them the strategic plan is established.
