Revisión bibliográfica referente al instituto nacional de cancerología sobre los costos Médicos directos en los tratamientos de cáncer de mama.

Abstract

Breast cancer in Colombia is a concern for public health, medicine and the respective resources provided for the care of this care, since this pathology due to its complexity requires immediate and quality care, procedures that lead to an increase in the consumption of limited resources available to the country for such attention. The objetive of this work is to identify the direct medical cost in each of stages of breast cancer treatment at the National Institute of Cancerology, through a bibliographic review; For the construction of the objetives, we used a qualitative methodology of a descriptive type, performing a search in the Redalyc, sciELO, PubMed database, thus finding 50 articles to which a selection was made through a filter, initially validating 20 of them. Them in order to choose the 8 most relevant articles in the following filter. Among the results that the development of this bibliographical review gave us, it is found that the satage of breast cancer with the most direct medical costs is: metastatic with a total $144.400.865, followed by regional, whose total value was $63.912.213. Also, it is observed that the satdium that brings les costs is the IN Situ, with an aestimated costo f $8.996.987. The economic influence of chemotherapy treatment on stages and relapses is also observed
