Abstract

The purpose of the following improvement plan report is to compile the work done in the Industry Department of the Asociación Nacional de Empresarios de Colombia (ANDI) from February to June, providing general information about the entity and the work area, specifying the position of the intern within the team to which he belonged and following up on the programmed activities and the objectives set. The purpose of this was to propose an improvement proposal for the internal processes developed by the area and to provide solutions to the limitations and difficulties that were evidenced.
