Abstract

LDL CONSULTORES S.A.S. is a firm that provides legal and legal advisory and consultancy services to natural and legal persons in the cities of Bucaramanga, Bogotá, Barranquilla and Tunja. Within the problem identified, LDL CONSULTORES S.A.S. It has accounting policies with deficiencies compared to the standards established in section 10 of the IFRS for SMEs. For this proposal, it was identified that the property, plant and equipment policy requires maintenance in its structure and application, which is why the objective is to provide an overview of the maintenance of the property, plant and equipment accounting policy, in compliance with the standards of section 17 of the International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) for SMEs applicable in Colombia, considering that the policy is fundamental for the company, since this item, being part of the assets, represents a significant part for the execution of your operations.
