Diseño de un centro cultural para la ciudad de Valledupar - Cesar

Abstract

Valledupar, capital city of Cesar, has an important cultural wealth that has been shared from generation to generation. Currently the municipality lacks infrastructure and spaces necessary to develop the great cultural demand that citizens possess. For this reason, it is imperative to design the Cultural Center, a suitable place in scale, function and with the necessary equipment for the development of educational and cultural promotion activities in a comprehensive manner. In addition to providing the community with alternative leisure, leisure, commercial development, and training spaces that generate social impact. It is proposed that this project be permeable with its context through the different analyses made on the dynamics of the city, mobility.
