Diseño del Tool Box de emprendimiento para empresas en etapa naciente, en función de articular el ecosistema empresarial de Bucaramanga

Abstract

Entrepreneurship in recent years has become an essential issue in governments for the design of plans, programs and projects of public policies of creation of company and new businesses, since it has become one of the dynamizers of the world economy. In Colombia, it has become a way out to reduce the economic crisis through the creation of new companies with innovative ideas that boost the economy, implementing a change in people's thinking who seek to stop being employed to be generators of sources of employment. According to the above, it is expected to provide support in the training of the population with an entrepreneurial spirit, that has the willingness to acquire new strategies and tools, therefore, the development of this project aims to design the Tool Box of entrepreneurship, for which, the study of business models is carried out, which includes the analysis of aspects such as trends, profile of the ventures, critical points and organizational functions. The document is structured based on the requirements of the startups in the nascent stage, from the need to determine the guidelines that will make up the computer tool specifying the problem found. Likewise, the background is reviewed, in order to know the advances in the subject and generate improvements in development, it includes the theory necessary for the understanding of the subject to be studied and the legal aspects that must be taken into account for its implementation. With the previous characterization of the needs of the entrepreneurs, computer tool in which the different methodologies that potentiate the ventures for their continuous development are consolidated. Finally, the results obtained from the project and their respective evaluation are described to define the scope achieved.
