Propuesta de hoja de ruta para 'smart mobility' dentro de dentro de ciudades inteligentes y sostenibles en Colombia.

Abstract

In this document a Smart Mobility Roadmap in Smart Cities is presented. The documents related to Key Performance Indicators (KPI) in smart cities of three in-ternationals organizations was studied, and the evolution from an existing city to a Smart and sustainable city was considering. The main result is a set of 25 KPIs for smart mobility based on a comparison between KPIs proposed by Interna-tional Telecommunications Union (ITU), International Organization for Standard-ization (ISO) and Colombia ITC Ministry (MINTIC). It is important to highlight that the roadmap highly depends on the city budget, the number of KPIs consid-ered, policy priorities, and people adoption. The document is framed in the degree option for scientific article within an international congress.
