Abstract

This paper focuses on the design of a business plan for a business that sells high-quality and fresh vacuum-packed meat products. Initially, the appropriate administrative, organizational and productive structure for the commercialization of meat was defined; Likewise, the legal and sanitary guidelines established by the competent national authorities were investigated and identified. On the other hand, the viability of the business plan was analyzed through financial indicators such as IRR, NPV and PRI; Likewise, the existing supply of the meat market in Cali and the preferences and needs of customers and consumers were analyzed. This business plan is projected to be a guide for the creation and consolidation of a successful venture in the meat sector in the Cali region.
