Abstract

The following degree project aims to propose an improvement plan in the company ALMAG Arquitectos & Ingenieros Ltda., according to the problems found in the diagnosis applying tools such as MEFI Matrix, MEFE DOFA and MMGO methodology, through which it is possible to identify The shortcomings within the organization, for this reason it is considered necessary to create innovation and knowledge management strategies that allow the current customer retention processes to be improved. Considering then, that the proposal of Strategic Plan for innovation and knowledge management is based on the design of an Action Plan in which activities specified in times, actors and responsible for each of them are established, formalizing all the processes that are involved in the management of innovation and knowledge, thus allowing to achieve customer acquisition and loyalty, where the area of human talent is the area to train.
