Práctica Profesional en Colombiana de Extrusión (EXTRUCOL S.A.)

Abstract

Extrucol S.A. was founded in 1988, with the purpose of contributing to the realization of works and infrastructure, providing specialized solutions to different industries through the production of polyethylene pipes. Over the years, Extrucol has not only been dedicated to manufacture pipes but also reliable networks that have evidenced the extensive knowledge in processes, the quality of the final product and the talent of its collaborators. It is precisely in this last aspect in which the company has stood out during the last years, due to the confidence given in the abilities and potential of more than 100 people, among which there are young people that through their university practice seek to acquire their first work experience and create solid bases that benefit their professional career. The foreign trade area has created a space for international business students to carry out functions related to the management of international logistics by learning about customs and exchange processes. Each of the aspects mentioned will be covered more extensively in this report.
