Abstract

To carry out the ex post evaluation, an exhaustive review of the project under study was carried out, in which the ten areas of knowledge of the PMBOK were consistently covered in order to consolidate the greatest amount of information that would allow a detailed study to be carried out. and rigorous. As a complementary process for the ex post evaluation, it is very important to know the lessons learned from each project, that is, to identify successes and failures, an aspect that for this work was based on the proposed methodology.
