Resumen
In this first program of the second semester, a warm welcome is given to new and old students. Panelists and guest Beisy Cáceres- Inbound yoga and meditation instructor, talk about ancient practices to balance mind and soul, including mindfulness and yoga. Beisy shared from her experience as a yoga teacher some meditation tips that can be used on a daily basis to stabilize emotions in various situations and recognize the need for these techniques to have a better quality of life.
