This project was carried out with the objective of identifying the impact of the emotional
salary on the work performance of the servants of the Criminal Finance Unit (DEEDD) of the
Fiscalia General de la Nacion. This in order to identify and strengthen the factors that affect the
emotional salary and thus generate highly positive aspects to the entity, servants and family,
seeking a balance between work and personal life. The most appropriate methodological design
based on the proposed objectives has a quantitative approach which seeks to provide strategies that
the human talent area can implement to improve the emotional salary of the unit. In that sense, we
designed our own survey with 41 questions carried out in Google forms, under the demands and
needs of the Criminal Finance Unit (DEEDD), then sent by institutional mail to 103 servers that
develop administrative and missionary activities, having a result of 91 surveys answered, thus
complying with our minimum sample (89) respondents. For the processing of the information, we
worked with the statistical and data analysis program R studied (Software for statistical analysis
and graphics) based on the survey responses. After applying the survey and analyzing the results,
it was determined that the emotional salary has a positive relationship in the workplace of the
servers of the DEEDD (Specialized Directorate of Extinction of Property Rights) of the Fiscalia
General de la Nacion, but that it is necessary to improve some factors that the study showed us that
can increase.
