This project is developed with the purpose of investigating the real needs of the collaborators
who carry out their work in the administrative plant of the company Seguridad Atlas Ltda.
This investigation will allow to propose recommendations and find new opportunities to
enhance the plan of well-being and benefits. As a result, the employees will get an important
improvement of their quality of life.
This descriptive research was made through a survey of 35 questions to the employees in order
to identify the needs in areas such as family, educational, recreation, financial, social, and others,
with the goal of proposing alternatives for improvement opportunities, which can be adjusted to
the emotional salary plan that the organization currently manages, thus obtaining a comprehensive
wellness and benefits plan, according to the Home Office modality that began in de 2020 with the
health emergency presented worldwide generated by COVID-19.
Currently, it is identified that the Home Office modality gave results in the company and they
hope to continue managing in a certain way, therefore, the recommendations and / or conclusions
of this work are consistent with the proper monitoring of the benefits and welfare plan.
consequently, it can be kept up to date by improving the company's climate and organizational
culture
