Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyze and identify the possible existence of harassment at work in an organization dedicated to the manufacture of paper and cardboard, through the application of qualitative methods (surveys) to the personnel employed by the entity seeking to analyze the consequences of harassment at work, a survey with multiple response questions was applied to all employees of the company (10 people), The results obtained were analyzed and represented in a matrix with which it is possible to conclude that 40% of the employees have been exposed to a possible situation of harassment at work and that social and psychological factors play an important role in the behavior of human beings in this type of situation.
