Abstract

The objective of this work is to design and document the corresponding information for the implementation of the Quality Management System in the company Vinisol S.A.S, based on the requirements established in the NTC ISO 9001: 2015 standard. In the first step, a diagnosis was made to evaluate compliance with the analysis of the organizational context against the requirements of the NTC ISO 9001: 2015 standard as expressed in numeral 4.1, followed by the identification of the interested parties with their respective needs and expectations and the definition of how these will be fulfilled, as a next step the elements corresponding to the planning of the Quality Management System were determined and defined, such as the mission, vision, policy and quality objectives, then the processes were defined, which are reflected in the general map of processes, this map shows the relationships of the processes and to give a structural description of each of the processes, the characterizations were designed following the methodology of the PHVA cycle and justifying in them the respective inputs and outputs of each of these processes, the following activity that was carried out for the present work This was the identification of risks and opportunities, to comply with this, the risk matrix was built that shows the causes, probability of occurrence, impact, assessment and control actions, as well as the identification of roles, responsibilities and authorities. , the control of the documented information was also carried out, to finally monitor the performance of the Quality Management System in the company Vinisol S.A.S.
