dc.description.abstractIn the prepensioned stage there are a series of physical, social, cognitive, emotional and economic changes, which imply the adaptation of active workers to a formal job assignment, these processes can negatively impact the quality of life of the prepensioned. That is why the objective of this research was to carry out a support plan for personnel who are about to retire in the companies IBAL S.A E.S. P OFIC. The representative sample was made up of 13 workers who are about to retire in the companies IBAL S.A E.S. P OFICIAL.
