Secuelas psicológicas en el Talento Humano del área administrativa de la E.S.E Hospital San Rafael de Fusagasugá por pandemia Covid - 19

Abstract

The administrative staff of hospitals in Colombia and the world has been facing the Covid-19 pandemic as a contingency actor in the proper provision of health services; however, the impacts they may have suffered have not been studied and the strategies to minimize the consequences have been aimed mostly or entirely at the care staff of the entities where health services are provided. For this reason, this problem should be developed taking into account the importance of the entity in the department and the adequate provision of services, in addition to being able to generate information that will be very useful to design and implement strategies for mental health care in health workers of the E.S.E Hospital San Rafael de Fusagasugá.
