dc.descriptionIn this work, some considerations about on the Practicum-research model in the speciality Biology-Chemistry at "Félix Varela" Pedagogical University of Villa Clara are expose, in response to the requests of the Model of the Professional, the Program of the Work Investigative Formation Discipline, the Educative Strategy of the career and the characteristics of the current Subject Syllabus of the First Year of Biology-Chemistry career. Through out the paper it is pointed out the guiding role of the practicum-research model as integrating axis in the process of formation of teachers. The paper offers some examples to deal wifh general teaching abilities though the proposal of tasks in which the students use texts of different subjects, as well as school normative documents.en-US
dc.descriptionEn el trabajo se exponen algunas consideraciones acerca de la Formación Laboral Investigativa en la carrera Biología – Química de la Universidad de Ciencias Pedagógicas Félix Varela de Villa Clara, como respuesta a las demandas del Modelo del Profesional, el programa de la Disciplina Formación Laboral Investigativa, la Estrategia Educativa de la carrera y las características del actual plan de estudios, del primer año de las carreras Biología Química. Se pone de manifiesto, en el trabajo, el papel rector de la Disciplina Formación Laboral Investigativa, como eje integrador en el proceso de formación de los futuros profesionales de la educación, lo que permitió la introducción en el plan del proceso docente, de una asignatura que forma parte del currículo propio y que tiene la función de familiarizar a los estudiantes con la actividad laboral e investigativa en el primer año de la carrera, además de integrar todos los procesos sustantivos que se llevan a cabo en la Universidad Pedagógicaes-ES
