Optimizaci?n del proceso de denuncias de abuso infantil en la Rep?blica Dominicana : asistencia mediante aplicaci?n "Radar social"

Abstract

[Espa?ol] Cada d?a somos testigos de casos en ni?os, ni?as y adolescentes de nuestro entorno que son abusados tanto de forma f?sica como mental por descuido o trato negligente hasta por explotaci?n y abuso sexual. Como ciudadanos estamos llamados a denunciar cualquier tipo de abuso que seamos testigos ante las autoridades pertinentes quedando exentos de responsabilidad penal y civil, respecto a la informaci?n suministrada (Art. 14, Ley 136-03) pero en muchos de los casos por la incomodidad de presentar la denuncia del abuso no son denunciados, siendo perjudicados los ni?os, ni?as y adolescentes v?ctimas indefensas. Por tal raz?n el presente proyecto tiene como prop?sito crear una soluci?n para que las denuncias de abuso de ni?os, ni?as y adolescentes sean recolectadas y canalizadas de una forma m?s eficiente al momento de presenciar cualquier violencia de cualquier tipo de ni?os, ni?as y adolescentes las personas podr?n presentar las denuncias mediante la aplicaci?n ?Radar Social? ?sta contar?a con un proceso de registro donde se capturen y validen los datos del denunciante y de la situaci?n a denunciar, incluyendo datos de soporte como fotos, ubicaciones, entre otros. De igual manera, las entidades correspondientes recibir?n este reporte para accionar con los procedimientos legales y de investigaci?n, seg?n aplique. Reduciendo tiempo y errores, lo que puede traducirse en prevenci?n de violencia y tragedias.

[English] Every day we witness cases of children and adolescents in our environment who are abused both physically and mentally due to carelessness or negligent treatment, even sexual exploitation, and abuse. As citizens we are called to report any type of abuse that we witness to the relevant authorities, being exempt from criminal and civil liability, regarding the information provided (Art. 14, Law 136-03) but in many cases due to the discomfort of file a report of the abuse is not reported, harming the defenseless children and adolescent victims. For this reason, the purpose of this project is to create a solution so that complaints of abuse of children and adolescents are collected and channeled in a more efficient way when witnessing any violence of any type of children and adolescents. They will be able to file complaints through the "Social Radar" application, which would have a registration process where the data of the complainant and the situation to be reported are captured and validated, including supporting data such as photos, locations, among others. In the same way, the corresponding entities will receive this report to act with the legal and investigative procedures, as applicable. Reducing time and errors, which can translate into prevention of violence and tragedies.
