Resumen
Animal trafficking is among the 5 largest trafficking in the world and is responsible for the removal of approximately 38 million animals from Brazil each year, with this not only becoming a problem of biodiversity preservation, but also a criminal practice that must be controlled. There are several actions that can be proposed by society to face this problem, education is seen as one of the main ways to improve different situations and Environmental Education seeks to form a society involved with knowledge, values and practices that contribute to a more adequate coexistence between man and other species on the planet. Due to the above context, this work aims to develop an Environmental Education program where questions about animal trafficking and how to combat it will be addressed. From a bibliographic review on the subject, a diagnosis of possible future buyers will be elaborated, which is the best way to approach the subject and which are the suitable environments to carry out the project.
