Through this article it is intended to focus the questions that accumulate of stocks the
curricular adaptations and its educational implications in the regular system of
education. The research was accomplished at the schools of the municipal system of
teaching of São Borja. Through a field research it was looked for to investigate such
teaching institutions are implementing the adaptations curricular to contemplate the
teaching process and the students' learning with special education needs. This study
approaches the theme on the adaptations curricular of small considering her as basic
tool of support in practice pedagogic, assuring the access, to the learning and the
referred students' permanence, seeking to assist the beginnings of the school
inclusion. One understood that it is done urgent the transformation of the common
schools to assist what is foreseen in Laws, when he/she refers to the right to the education.
