Orçamentação das obras de ampliação do sistema de esgotamento sanitário de São Gabriel-RS

Abstract

In 2020, through a series of amendments to Federal Law n° 11.445, known as the Legal Framework for Sanitation, the Federal Government, amongst other goals, established that by December 31, 2033, sanitary sewage services providers must serve 90% of the population with effluent gatherind and treatment. The concessionaire responsible for the service in São Gabriel/RS, in 2019, took the first step towards its universalization through a set of works that gave 60% of the city’s urban population access to it. However, given the rest to be done to achieve the objectives imposed by the federal government, it is necessary to continue interventions to expand the sanitary sewage system to other parts of the city where the service is not available. Bearing in mind that the layout of the network to be executed, as well as the dimensioning projects for the pipes and pumping units have already been developed, this work aims to determine the financial capital to be invested in materials, human resources and equipment to be used during the sixteen-month prompt of the system’s expansion. Generating, in this way, the budget for the expansion works of the sanitary sewage system of the municipality. Two graphic tools for control of works will also be elaborated to support the executive process of this undertaking, the ABC Curve of inputs and the S Curve of the project, signaling topics to be conducted with more attention and identifying eventual deviations from the planning
