| dc.description.abstract | The present study aims to elucidate a bibliographic survey about educational
measures to adolescents in conflict with the law. Educational measures protect
juvenile offenders, and examine how they have been applied the measures
necessary in order to repress the acts carried out by the same infracionais, finding
the most appropriate and effective way, fighting possible future relapses.
Methodologically, it is a descriptive and exploratory bibliographical research based
on theoretical facts descriptions on the following keywords: socio-educational
measure, minor offender. Use the following data bases: Scielo, Pubmed, Lilacs,
among others, as well as books, dissertations and theses. This study is expected to
contribute to the reflection on the theme in question. | |
