In order to support the teaching and learning of the Software Project Management discipline in undergraduate computing courses, this work aims to analyze, develop and evaluate a hybrid educational game, based on the PM Master analog board game ( GQS, 2012), as well as its digital version PM Master Digital (LOSEKANN, 2021). Initially, this work performs its
theoretical foundation and analyzes the viability of an educational hybrid game project that allows the edition of its cards with questions and answers. In order to maintain its relevance as an educational resource, as it can be updated according to the appearance of new editions of the PMBOK guide, the game's main reference. Subsequently, this work develops and
evaluates it through the application and analysis of a pilot study carried out with students of the Project Management discipline, at Colégio Politécnico / UFSM, of the Internet Systems Course. This evaluation was carried out based on the analysis of responses to the questionnaire that composes the MEEGA+ model for evaluating the quality of educational
games.
