Technology is responsible for major advances in several sectors, such as health, making companies more competitive, as they implement new technologies in their routine management processes, such as low code software. In this context, medical clinics are part of the demand for the use of technologies in their processes. In view of the current reality, the present actionresearch aims to develop an application prototype for a digital anesthetic file elaborated from the Google AppSheet, in an anesthesia medical clinic in the State of Rio Grande do Sul, through the stages of action research. The applied systematics allows us to capture positive points regarding the increase in productivity, reduction of waste such as rework and even allows for improvement in the process of filling out anesthetic forms of the company under study. As a result, despite little initial support from the company, the study allowed the creation of a prototype of a digital anesthetic form using low code technology, which can be effective in solving problems arising from the process of filling out anesthetic forms, in addition to serving to raise awareness of the importance of technology in improving processes.
