Gestão documental do prontuário do paciente: um estudo em clínicas escola de psicologia na cidade de Santa Maria – RS

Abstract

This monograph aims to identify how the documental management of the patient records (PR) is accomplished, in three psychology school clinics of Santa Maria, as well as to ascertain the current legislation that deal with patient records. Guarding time and to verify if they are considered documental patrimony to the reported institutions. A comparative analysis was carried out relating, the Federal Council of Psychology (CFP), the Federal Council of Medicine (CFM), Law 12.527/2011 (Law on Access to Information – LAI) and the guidelines National Council on Archives (CONARQ) and authors who discuss about documental management, as well as documental patrimony, furthermore interviews were made with the professionals who are responsible for documental management of PR at the psychology school clinics.Via the analysis of the collected data it was verified that the Patient Records are fundamental for the Clinics, being considered documentary heritages, however an archival management is necessary.
