It is notable that, all over the world, there are a large number of people with upper limb amputations and that this is a public without great purchasing power. Although this is a real demand, there is no national technology and few research is carried out in this context. Thus, the development of an easily accessible myoelectric prosthesis is pro- posed. In order to do so, demands are identified according to professionals in the area, a 3D model of the mechanical structure is selected, an electrical system for the conditi- oning of myoelectric signals is proposed, and a platform for making the files available is created. Therefore, the present work provides all the steps, through the free platform, for the development of a myoelectric prosthesis that consists of capturing and treating the signal obtained through muscle contraction. This signal is sent to a microcontroller that drives the motors that perform the movements in the mechanical structure.
