O ESPELHO DE CRISTINA COMO RESISTÊNCIA NA ESCRITA DA HISTÓRIA DAS MULHERES: PRODUÇÃO, TRADUÇÃO E PUBLICAÇÃO DA OBRA ENTRE FRANÇA E PORTUGAL

Abstract

Neste trabalho realiza-se uma análise da produção, tradução e publicação da obra O Espelho de Cristina em Portugal, durante o século XV, perante a trajetória da escritora Christine de Pizan, bem como relacioná-la com o modo de vida da Rainha Leonor de Avis. Propõe-se assim, a partir da análise da história da vida privada, bem como das mudanças provocadas pelo humanismo na intelectualidade francesa e portuguesa, compreender a importância da recepção e divulgação da obra de Christine Pizan. Tomando como chave a introdução das mulheres na escrita, nota-se o pioneirismo de Pizan no ofício de escritora. Além disso, busca-se compreender a influência da obra na sociedade portuguesa, tomando o exemplo da rainha Leonor de Avis, por ter sido responsável pela publicação da obra, em um contexto de ampliação do comércio livreiro, bem como da divulgação de obras que se configuravam tratados didáticos/didatizantes. A escritora, ítalo-francesa, com seu pioneirismo na escrita das mulheres, e a Rainha, com a sua participação política, religiosa, social e cultural na sociedade portuguesa, de alguma forma, encontram-se a partir da obra analisada. Utilizando a fonte literária como documento histórico, pode-se analisar a trajetória de resistência da camada social feminina como fundamental na produção de uma memória histórica

This work analyses the production, translation and publication of the work O Espelho de Cristina em Portugal, during the XV century, toward the trajectory of the writer Christine de Pizan, as well as relating it to the way of life of Queen Leonor de Avis. It is proposed, from the analysis of the history of private life, as well as the changes caused by humanism in the French and Portuguese intellectuality, to understand the importance of the reception and dissemination of Christine Pizan's work. Taking as key the introduction of women in writing, Pizan's pioneering spirit in the craft of writer is noted. In addition, we seek to understand the influence of the work on Portuguese society, taking the example of Queen Leonor de Avis, for having been responsible for the publication of the work, in a context of expansion of the book trade, as well as the dissemination of works that were configured didactic treatises. The Italian-French writer, with her pioneering spirit in the writing of women, and the Queen, with her political, religious, social and cultural participation in Portuguese society, in some way, they meet on the work analysed. Using the literary source as a historical document, we can analyze the trajectory of resistance of the female social layer, as fundamental in the production of a historical memory.
