Violence in recent decades has been showing a considerable increase, with young people the main victims and offenders becoming one of the biggest problems that Brazilian society is facing. This is a matter that accumulates when complexity is analyzed in a systematic way, and architectural typologies of inpatient units are prisons characterized by heavy physical elements, like fortresses for the most part are former prisons, these buildings are cold and oppressors, the lack of adequate physical infrastructure, increasingly generate barriers that end up hindering the development and recovery of young people, damaging the social reintegration. Also overcrowding of most units and the limited budgetary and administrative resources, within the institution. The search for measures to bring about rehabilitation of a young person who commits an offense has been modified over the years in 2012 there is the creation of SINASE - NATIONAL SYSTEM social and educational care that aims to develop parameters and guidelines for the adoption of educational measures and was the first document that speaks of allies architectural parameters educational management parameters for the construction of buildings for adolescents in conflict with the law. The use of new guidelines Sinase is needed today, especially in the field, dealing on socio architecture taking into account that young people are in transition through to adulthood and still forming their personality. These types of spaces influence the psychological state of its members set up changes in ways of relating socially.
