Proposta de adaptação: requalificação urbana: o caso do entorno portuário na cidade de Macapá, orla do Aturiá

Abstract

This course conclusion work shows a proposal for urban redevelopment for the surroundings of a port complex (IPTUR And IP4), as there is a lack of urban projects on the edge of the city of Macapa, and the lack of emergency public policy in underutilized areas are again subject deconstructive which impacts on social, economic, environmental and cultural issues. The various proposals that are evident around the world, with its flagship architectures are important in the process of rehabilitation and enhancement of urban space, but these should not overlap the cultural identity and the region's population. This study aims to propose an urban renewal project in the district of Araxá / Aturiá, specifically in the vicinity of the port and tourism facilities designed in this area in order to reverse the decay process of underutilized area; meet the need for relocation of the degraded area community; raise the demand of designed urban equipment; integrate port facilities to the urban structure of the city of Macapa and propose adequate road infrastructure for the common user service and the tourist. The methodology set out in the first phase of bibliographic studies in the Master Plan of the city of Macapa and the relevant legislation for the implementation of IP4 / IPTUR. A qualitative and quantitative research both bibliographic under the following to the bodies that are responsible for the urban sector (SEMAST, EMS, Flagship Ports, SEINF, SETRAP, IPHAN and ANTAQ all public bodies that are linked to urban issues and the coastal city of Macapa).
