Abstract

This present research had an approach on the relevance of the SEPM - Secretary of Policies for Women, as social equipment guiding the Public Policies directed to the women, the relation in the construction of this policy with the feminist and women's movements in Amapá, and its contribution In the daily interference of the amapaenses women for their empowerment. The problematic discussed came from the search for answers for social justice purposes, the dignity of women's rights and the participation of the structural agents who have evolved socially. These questions were raised because the rates of violence against women are increasing and there is no current historical context, no concern on the part of the state to change the scenario of the framework in which the Public Policy for women in the state of Amapá is today. The research aims to discuss the importance of SEPM in the implementation of Public Policies for women in the state of Amapá. The applied methodology was qualitative research, with the applicability of questionnaires with closed questions and answers, interviews and document analysis. In addition, she makes a discourse on the three themes that she presents: An approach on Public Policies, according to the Normatizations of Public Policies for Women through the Extraordinary Secretariat of Policies for Women of Amapá, methodology, analyzes and interpretations Of the results, presentation and analysis of the results and finally it concludes to have a Secretariat, Coordination of women, to attend and protect women victims of domestic violence and who live in social vulnerability and to cause women to leave their silence and encourage them, To denounce the violence that the victims suffer in their homes among other localities.
