A proteção do direito fundamental ao meio ambiente do trabalho equilibrado supera a defesa de direitos trabalhistas e individuais e transcende o local de trabalho, da esfera do trabalhador e de sua família, produzindo efeitos econômicos, sociais, políticos, ambientais e culturais em toda a sociedade. E para demonstrar que o meio ambiente do trabalho transpõe a esfera do local de trabalho e deve ser concebido enquanto direito humano fundamental ao lado do meio ambiente natural, artificial e cultural, a pesquisa toma como base diversas bibliografias de direito ambiental, direito ambiental do trabalho e direito do trabalho, que também evidenciarão que a promoção do trabalho decente se insere no âmbito da proteção do meio ambiente do trabalho, afinal sem trabalho decente, não há como falar em meio ambiente do trabalho equilibrado. CONCEPTION OF WORK ENVIRONMENT BY THE: LOOK THAT TRANSPOSES THE WORKPLACEAbstract: The protection of the fundamental right to the environment of balanced work surpasses the defense of labor and individual rights and transcends the workplace, the sphere of the worker and his family, producing economic, social, political, environmental and cultural effects throughout society .
