| dc.description | Este art?culo de reflexi?n es producto de una revisi?n te?rica que explor? la relaci?n entre el concepto de la simpat?a de Hume y hallazgos de la neurociencia social que permiten establecer relaciones de sentido que dan cuenta tanto de los aciertos del fil?sofo como de los sustratos neuropsicol?gicos que los soportan. Se explorar? en este escrito la lectura de la simpat?a en t?rminos de las ciencias cognitivas.
El problema de la relaci?n con el otro y lo otro ha preocupado a la filosof?a a lo largo de su historia. David Hume y su teor?a de los sentimientos morales ha ampliado la comprensi?n del fen?meno de la simpat?a. El nacimiento de las ciencias cognitivas contempor?neas posibilita la integraci?n de saberes cient?ficos y filos?ficos, permitiendo la revisi?n conjunta de elementos biol?gicos innatos, como de elementos psicosociales aprendidos. Presentando as? un camino de sentido para comprender una dimensi?n conjunta de la simpat?a, la relaci?n entre raz?n y emoci?n, la imaginaci?n. | |
| dc.description | This reflection article is the product of theoretical review, which explored
the relationship between the concept of Hume?s sympathy and findings by social
neuroscience that allow to establish relationships of sense, that account of not
only the wise decisions from the Philosopher, but also the Neuropsychological
background that support them. The reading of sympathy, in terms of the cognitive
sciences, will be explored in this document.
The issue of the relationship with the other and the other has been a concern
in the philosophy throughout its history. David Hume and his theory of moral
feelings has widened the understanding of the phenomenon of sympathy. The
birth of contemporary cognitive sciences makes the integration of scientific and
philosophical knowledge possible, allowing the joint review of innate biological
elements, such as learned psychosocial elements. Thus, introducing a path of
meaning to understand a joint dimension of sympathy, the relationship between
reason and emotion, the imagination. | |
