El desarrollo de este trabajo, se basa inicialmente en la investigaci?n de los centros de convenciones teniendo en cuenta su importancia y estado actual, para llevar a cabo la realizaci?n de un proyecto arquitect?nico y urban?stico que cumpla con las funciones y normas requeridas. Adem?s, se realizan estudios con proyectos ya existentes, en este caso podemos encontrar que los centros de convenciones son de gran importancia ya que impulsan el crecimiento econ?mico, empresarial y tur?stico. ya que, a partir de estos se realizan grandes eventos que permiten la reuni?n de personas de distintos lugares del mundo. Todo el proceso aqu? expuesto es con el fin de conocer un poco m?s este tipo de proyectos que cada d?a est?n teniendo un impacto econ?mico importante en la sociedad y que est?n creciendo exponencialmente con grandes beneficios a futuro.
