En el presente documento se desarrolla el DIAGN?STICO Empresarial Y Plan de Mejoramiento de la empresa VYV F?tbol Club S.A.S., que desde su fundaci?n el 2014, ha logrado construir un amplio reconocimiento en la prestaci?n de servicios deportivos en la ciudad de Ibagu?, este diagn?stico se realiza con el fin de, sugerir estrategias que le garanticen a la compa??a el sostenimiento y crecimiento en un sector cada vez m?s competitivo. Al indagar el estado actual, se puede realizar un an?lisis de los factores internos y externos de la compa??a , esto permite conocer las amenazas y debilidades que la afectan y la conexi?n que se da entre ellas, de igual manera ayuda a identificar las oportunidades y las fortalezas con las que cuenta VYV F?tbol Club S.A.S. Luego de obtener un an?lisis del funcionamiento del sistema empresarial, se procede a dise?ar un plan de mejoramiento y plan de impacto, acorde a las necesidades reales de la compa??a, estos dos productos servir?n como gu?a de intervenci?n eficaz, para lograr que VYV F?tbol Club S.A.S., alcance las metas esperadas por sus propietarios. El proyecto consta de una sola etapa ?Diagn?stico Empresarial y Plan de Mejoramiento?, lo cual se logra desarrollando la herramienta metodol?gica ?Modelo de Diagn?stico Empresarial? elaborado por la Docente Paula Lorena Rodr?guez Ferro.This document develops the Business DIAGNOSIS AND Improvement Plan of the company VYV F?tbol Club S.A.S., which since its founding in 2014, has managed to build a broad recognition in the provision of sports services in the city of Ibagu?, this diagnosis is made in order to suggest strategies to ensure the company's sustainability and growth in an increasingly competitive sector. After obtaining an analysis of the functioning of the business system, we proceed to design an improvement plan and impact plan, according to the real needs of the company, these two products will serve as a guide for effective intervention, to achieve that VYV Football Club S.A.S., achieve the goals expected by their owners. The project consists of a single stage "Business Diagnosis and Improvement Plan", which is achieved by developing the methodological tool "Business Diagnosis Model" developed by Professor Paula Lorena Rodriguez Ferro.
