| dc.description | El d?a 13 de abril del 2017, siendo las 21:15horas, llega Alejandra Berm?dez a su apartamento con sus dos compa?eros de universidad, Hanson Hern?ndez y Andr?s Chavarro, quienes ya hab?an consumido licor, all? ,estaba su compa?era de apartamento Mar?a Paula Guzm?n L?pez (Victima), a quien invitan a tomar unas cervezas dentro de su apartamento, ella acepta y se sientan en la sala a escuchar m?sica y a pasar una noche agradable, siendo las 22: 05 horas cuando se acabaron las cervezas, Andr?s Chavarro propone ir a comprar una botella de N?ctar, recolect? dinero con sus amigos y sale. Alrededor de las 22: 25 horas llega nuevamente al apartamento con la botella de n?ctar y un polvo blanco, a lo que el llama polvo de ?ngel, el joven los persuade para que inhalen el polvo con el pretexto de que se van a poner muy relajados, alegres despu?s de consumirla y que al d?a siguiente no iban a tener resaca, Mar?a Paula al principio se niega por su falta de experiencia con las drogas, pero Alejandra y Hanson la consumen y la convencen, e inician su viaja de mezcla de alcohol y drogas. Cerca de las 23: 40 horas Alejandra Berm?dez inicia una relaci?n amorosa con Hanson y se retiran as? la habitaci?n de Alejandra, mientras que en la sala permanecen solos Andr?s Chavarro y Mar?a Paula. Andr?s Chavarro inicia a seducir a Mar?a Paula quien se niega, lo que conlleva a que Chavarro se aproveche del estado de vulnerabilidad en que se encuentra Mar?a Paula, golpe?ndola en la cabeza con una botella en la cabeza en respuesta a su negatividad de iniciar un romance, Mar?a Paula cae al sue?o inconsciente y Chavarro la arrastra as? la habitaci?n de ella, la pone sobre la cama y abusa sexualmente de ella. El sujeto huye del lugar alrededor de las 2: 00 am horas de la madrugada del 14 de abril del 2017, llev?ndose consigo los interiores de Mar?a Paula sin que sus compa?eros se percaten. A las 06 am del mismo d?a Alejandra se levanta y observa que su amiga se encuentra inconsciente y da aviso a la Polic?a. | |
