El presente trabajo tuvo como objetivo actualizar el Sistema de Gesti?n Ambiental en una empresa del sector de construcci?n de v?as 4G, a los requisitos de la NTC ISO 14001: 2015. La metodolog?a empleada consisti? en cinco fases, en la primera fase se realiz? una comparaci?n entre la ISO 14001:2004 y la ISO 14001:2015. La segunda comprendi? el diagn?stico inicial el cual se llev? a cabo mediante visitas realizadas a la empresa; la tercera fase se bas? en la actualizaci?n de las matrices de aspectos e impactos ambientales y de requisitos legales; en la cuarta se establecieron las medidas correctivas y preventivas, a trav?s de las matrices DOFA, MEFE Y MEFI; en la quinta fase se actualizaron los elementos del manual de gesti?n ambiental incluy?ndose nuevas pol?ticas ambientales, metas y programas que debe implementar la empresa para adquirir su certificaci?nThe objective of this work was to update the Environmental Management System in a company in the 4G track construction sector, to the requirements of NTC ISO 14001: 2015. The methodology used consisted of five phases, in the first phase a comparison was made between ISO 14001: 2004 and ISO 14001: 2015. The second included the initial diagnosis which was carried out through visits made to the company; the third phase was based on the updating of the matrices of environmental aspects and impacts and legal requirements; in the fourth, corrective and preventive measures were established, through the DOFA, MEFE and MEFI matrices; In the fifth phase, the elements of the environmental management manual were updated, including new environmental policies, goals and programs that the company must implement to acquire its certification.
